Meet the face Behind the Lens

Hey Cowboys and Gals!
My name is Shandiin Farrell, it's pronounced "Shawn- dean". I am a Northern Arizona Native but these days I call Wickenburg home where I now live with my two dogs (Reba and Odie) and three horses (Jack, Jessie, and Geraldine). I spent most of my childhood on the back of a horse, between rodeos and horse shows my poor parents never got a break! I attended New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico, where I competed on the Rodeo Team and found my love for photography and media!

Since my college days I've spent many years working under various NCHA Trainers everywhere from the Plains of Oklahoma to the Coast of California. I am so thankful for my time spent in the cutting horse world. It allowed me the opportunity to ride some really talented horses, meet some of my best friends, and learn for some of the best horsemen and women that the industry has to offer! From my prior experience and immersion in the Western and Equine industries I have a unique and professional perspective when it comes to Equine Media.

Growing up I always admired horse and rider portraits, it has since been become my passion to capture those unique relationships and special moments that a horse and rider share. I want to capture the relationship between you and your horse exactly the way you see it!! I am just here to add a creative flare to the beautiful relationship that is already there!
